HYDROFORMING
Hydroforming is a very effective process through which various metals like steel, aluminum and brass can be shaped into a desired complex shape.
It is a technique of shaping a metal using a highly pressurized fluid. This method is preferred for parts that have complex contours, yet need to maintain their structural integrity. The fluid that is used could be liquid or gas pressurizes in the place of the punch in a conventional tool set to get the desired shape.
